Chase Tucker
Managing Partner
The orchestrator and expert negotiator on our team, Chase brings boundless energy and a “friends with everyone” mindset. He builds relationships that last well beyond the transaction, creating a collaborative and fun environment for clients and colleagues alike. Chase has 15 years of industry experience and has held the prestigious CCIM designation for more than a decade.
When he’s not negotiating deals or uncovering new investment opportunities, you’ll find him outdoors hunting, fishing, or on the golf course — clients often join him for an unforgettable day out. Chase brings his sportsman’s mentality and adventurous spirit to the office, with a tireless work ethic and unwavering dedication to client success.
A family man with deep Texas roots, Chase lives by the motto, “work hard, play hard,” and shares his home with his beautiful wife, two loyal dogs, and a vision for a growing family. Chase is as passionate about building his community as he is about closing the next big deal.

Taylor Tucker
Managing Partner
Regarded as one of the most connected professionals in our industry, Taylor is a highly accomplished multifamily broker with over 20 years of experience and more than $1 billion dollars in closed transactions. He earned the CCIM designation at just 21 years old.
Taylor is also an accomplished multifamily developer, creating more than 500 units to date, and with more projects in the pipeline. Taylor understands the process of leveraging dollars to create greater value in multifamily real estate, and he’s passionate about educating his clients and friends on how they can accomplish their goals.
When not in the office, you’ll find Taylor at the ranch with his beautiful wife Lindi and their three precious daughters, Leighton, Tinley, and Tate. For fun, Taylor spends his time hunting, fishing, and playing golf, often with his family and clients he counts as friends. Taylor and his family are members at Redeemer Church in Lubbock.
Daniel Chastain
Managing Director
Daniel Chastain excels as a site specialist, focusing on new business generation, prospecting, and maintaining client relationships. He attended the University of Arkansas and gained two years of experience in Student Housing Property Management in Fayetteville, AR.
Growing up by the lake in Houston, TX, Daniel spent his childhood fishing and enjoying water sports with his two brothers. He began hunting at age of 9, inspired by the gift of his first shotgun. Duck and deer hunting are his primary passions.
After relocating to West Texas, Daniel expanded his hunting interests to include waterfowl and big game hunting with friends. In his leisure time, he enjoys playing ping pong, traveling with friends and family, and participating in almost any outdoor activity.
Laine Torres
Executive Administrator
For more than four years, Laine Torres has been the go-to for Texas Multifamily Team, serving as the Executive Administrator, overseeing daily operations, coordinating transactions, and managing the client portal.
She previously worked in retail management for 15 years, and has a degree in fashion design and merchandising from Wade College.
Laine is a fashion enthusiast who enjoys daily runs. She loves reading and crafting delicious recipes. She has been happily married to her soulmate for 19 years, she and her husband are active members of Trinity Church.
